The Sahakari bhandar card is awesome... they'd have major purchase savings if they clubbed Reliance Fresh and SB buys.
Plus, Amul milk.

Sept went for a toss, preparations for the trip took costs sky high, cringeworthy high. a new pair of specs, extra thermals added. Everything expensed.

Steps put into place to return to "normalcy"
-- Sahakari bhandar shopping
--switched from tetrapack and store yoghurt
-- home cooked snack only
--once a week, an o/s snack splurge
-- red bus, many hued train

Last month wasn’t great karkasar-wise. I’ve noticed every month has a one-off… sleeping bag/ camera batteries … this month it was the temple, beautiful  as the experience was…want to be more watchful, aware this month of what is happening. Also a writing-related fee… maybe I can mark a budget for books/entry fees…or create an income stream that covers such maybe an MF inv with div payout for once…
Alternate veg market identified
Dahi no longer store bought

No, this is not going too well at all. Am eating at work-- calories I don't need, carbs I don't need...buying things I don't immediately need. Like a sleeping bag for sub zero temps, not going that way in the near future, no thank you. Yet-- why??
